RENEWING YOUR HEALTH CARD:
You can renew your health card by:
Visiting a local Service Ontario location with the proper documentation
Renewing online if:
Your card will expire within 90 days
Your card has an up-to-date photo and signature
You have kept your address current with ServiceOntario
If you are between 75 and 80, you must renew your health card in-person to take a new photo.
